Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a dedicated workplace program delivered remotely. You will translate customer commitments and program needs into measurable outcomes, align stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple workstreams. Travel up to 20–30% is expected.

You will own program strategy, dashboards, governance, and change-management efforts, with a focus on durable, scalable results and high-quality customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, implementation, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Ownership of complex, customer-facing programs from problem definition through execution.
• Strong analytical and operational judgment with data and feedback to drive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational strategy and execution for a dedicated workplace program.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and partners.
• Establish program health mechanisms: dashboards, cadences, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
• Analyze performance, identify root causes, risks, and opportunities; implement improvements.
• Design scalable processes, workflows, governance, and tools to improve execution and adoption.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and balance customer needs with operations.
• Lead readiness and change-management for program launches and new ways of working.
• Prepare executive-ready business reviews and narratives with performance and risks.
