Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a senior strategic GTM partnerships leader to translate partnership strategy into actionable commercial plans. You will shape sales motions, pricing, and packaging, and drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to deliver shared results.

This full-time remote role requires travel of 10–20% for partner meetings and launches. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, build scalable processes, and develop business cases for growth,

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in GTM strategy, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Strong selling acumen: pricing, packaging, deal economics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply independent judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic GTM partnerships from strategy to launch.
• Shape sales motions, roles, pricing, packaging, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute co-sell opportunities.
• Develop scalable frameworks, tools, and training for the sales motion.
• Define metrics for partnership success and provide strategic insights.
• Navigate complex issues and blockers to maintain momentum.
• Build business cases for growth initiatives and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Identify patterns to improve processes and scalability.
