Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a seasoned Programs Lead to drive large-scale initiatives across global, payer, and partner initiatives. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, and Partnerships to deliver against commitments and resolve urgent issues with clear action plans.

You’ll work closely with senior executives and customers, applying an analytical, empathetic approach while thriving in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in a technology‑driven organization, working closely with engineers and product designers.
• Experience partnering with customers and customer-facing teams on B2B or B2B2C products that deliver strong user satisfaction and engagement.
• The ability to influence without formal authority, resolve competing priorities, and build trust across teams.
• Confidence presenting to and working with senior executives, both internally and with customers.
• An analytical, metrics-driven approach grounded in empathy for users.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and change while balancing immediate needs with longer-term goals.
• A willingness to work through details as well as set direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder relationships, and careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from planning through launch, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, Partnerships, and other customer-facing teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead responses to urgent issues by establishing their scope, assigning owners, agreeing on next steps and timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Serve as a trusted R&D point of contact for key customers and partner with customer-facing teams to understand and address their needs.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify recurring experience issues, deliver immediate fixes, and prioritize lasting improvements.
• Build practical, repeatable ways to triage issues, prioritize work, manage escalations, track risks, and share progress.
• Prepare teams for launches and changes by confirming responsibilities, dependencies, risks, testing, and operational readiness.
• Develop an operating model that supports a growing portfolio of global, payer, and partner relationships.
