Job summary

Spring Health is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs spanning global, payer, and partner initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, and Sales to turn strategy into executable plans and ensure timely delivery across web, mobile, and services.

You will influence without formal authority, work with senior executives, and apply a data‑driven approach to balance immediate needs with long‑term goals. NYC hybrid role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in a technology‑driven organization.
• Experience partnering with customers and customer‑facing teams on B2B or B2B2C products.
• The ability to influence without formal authority, resolve competing priorities, and build trust across teams.
• Confidence presenting to and working with senior executives, both internally and with customers.
• An analytical, metrics‑driven approach grounded in empathy for users.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from planning through launch, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, Partnerships, and other customer‑facing teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead responses to urgent issues by establishing their scope, assigning owners, agreeing on next steps and timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Serve as a trusted R&D point of contact for key customers and partner with customer‑facing teams to understand and address their needs.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify recurring experience issues, deliver immediate fixes, and prioritize lasting improvements.
• Build practical, repeatable ways to triage issues, prioritize work, manage escalations, track risks, and share progress.
• Prepare teams for launches and changes by confirming responsibilities, dependencies, risks, testing, and operational readiness.
• Develop an operating model that supports a growing portfolio of global, payer, and partner relationships.
