Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Dedicated Workplace Teams to lead an end-to-end workplace program for strategic customers. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Analytics, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will build dashboards, governance, and playbooks, working with senior stakeholders to translate commitments into scalable operating models while managing risk and change across the program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management, operations, or cross-functional delivery.
• Ownership of complex, customer-facing programs from problem to execution.
• Strong analytical judgment with data-driven ideas.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience building scalable operating mechanisms and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational strategy and execution for a dedicated workplace program.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Ops, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, Marketing.
• Establish program health dashboards, cadences, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
• Analyze performance and feedback to identify root causes and improvements.
• Design scalable processes, workflows, governance, and tools.
• Serve as trusted partner to senior stakeholders; balance customer needs with reality.
• Lead readiness and change-management for launches and new ways of working.
• Prepare executive-ready business reviews and narratives.
• Anticipate risks/dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Codify lessons into reusable playbooks and frameworks.
