Qualifications

• Active adjuster license as required by state.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury/property damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Handle high-complexity liability claims including coverage disputes.
• Investigate and gather information to determine coverage and liability.
• Communicate professionally with customers, counsel, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to support investigations and settlements.
