Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of liability or bodily injury claim experience.
• 2 years of litigation claim experience.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems; proficient in MS Office and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, exercise judgment and decide independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high-volume workload.
• Proven conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and ability to manage litigation.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury/property damage claims through resolution within authority.
• Investigate information with relevant parties to determine coverage, liability, and damages; establish reserves.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources to conduct thorough claim investigations and evaluations.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and issue payments accurately and timely.
• Assist Counsel with litigation management strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in claim systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve best practices and implement solutions.
• Adapt to new technology and AI tool rollouts while maintaining productivity.
• Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses within three months; travel may be required.
