You will mentor Claim Reps, coordinate with counsel on litigation strategies, and use advanced claims systems and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of bodily injury or property damage claim experience recommended.
• Active adjuster license if required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems; strong MS Office and enterprise tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of injury/property damage claims through resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages; establish reserves.
• Communicate with customers, counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
