Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales field engineers in installing and maintaining Exacom Hindsight 4. Reliability and strong SLA governance are crucial as you coordinate 24/7 operations for public safety customers.

You will supervise Field Engineers, collaborate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors, and ensure adherence to security and SAT protocols while driving revenue through timely project closures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience
• Public safety or mission-critical environments preferred
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams (remote and on-site)

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical services teams of Field Engineers
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades and cutovers
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely project delivery
• Develop deployment/checklists and improve processes
• Manage customer relations and escalations across PSAPs and agencies
