Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field engineering teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLAs are met, coordinate on-site work, and drive revenue through timely project completions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% for field installations and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dual-function team of Field Engineers, conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of on-site hardware/software installations and system cutovers.
• Refine support workflows, handle customer escalations with clear communication and empathy.
