Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will manage Field Engineers, ensure SLAs, and deliver exceptional service to public safety agencies.

Responsibilities include KPI definition, on-site deployments, and collaboration with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors to align timelines while maintaining security and SAT

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical management leading support or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing remote and on-site multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-field team of Field Engineers.
• Set KPIs for response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee on-site installations, upgrades, and SAT compliance.
• Ensure documentation, training, and escalation processes are followed.
