Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams. You will oversee Field Engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4, ensuring on-site success and strict SLAs for public safety clients.

You will drive KPI-driven performance, coordinate with project managers, and maintain high service quality in mission-critical environments requiring 24/7 readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 is preferred.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function Field Engineer team.
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Ensure adherence to SAT, security compliance, and installation protocols.
• Manage project backlog to close projects and generate revenue on schedule.
• Lead 24/7 operational readiness and customer engagements with public safety agencies.
