Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field teams responsible for on-site installations, upgrades, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLA adherence and revenue delivery for public-safety deployments.

You will direct Field Engineers, coordinate with project managers, and uphold security and SAT standards in a 24/7 environment. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams in public safety or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical background in VoIP, SIP, RoIP, audio recording/logging, Windows Server, networking, CTI, and dispatch console architecture.
• Experience with Exacom Hindsight 4 (or similar) is highly desirable and a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers; manage performance and scheduling.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Ensure SAT, security compliance, and adherence to SLAs; coordinate with project managers and client leaders.
• Improve workflows, document knowledge base, and handle customer escalations professionally.
