Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales field engineering teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4.

You will drive KPI-based performance, coordinate on-site and remote deployments, and ensure strict SLAs while delivering exceptional service to public safety agencies and critical infrastructure sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor dual-function field engineer teams with regular performance reviews.
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and system cutovers.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT to align deployment timelines.
• Refine support workflows and knowledge base; manage customer escalations.
• Travel up to 20-30% to support major field installations.
