Qualifications
- Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs.
- Strong API, architecture, and integration design capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own operational aspects of TAM across strategic alliances to ensure healthy integrations and SLA delivery.
- Lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve merchant issues.
- Drive cross-team initiatives, launches, and integration optimizations.
- Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to team development.
