Partner Company is seeking a technically adept Customer Success Partner to act as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts, including engineering-driven collaboration and executive reviews.

You will work across Product and Support to prioritize features, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities while mitigating churn risks. Remote work and equity participation are included in the package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with CI/CD and source control knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and application security concepts.
• Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer check-ins, success plans, and executive business reviews.
