In this role you will onboard customers, lead integration with sales processes, run regular check-ins, and analyze usage metrics to uncover risks and opportunities. A strong renewal track record and SaaS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience with a strong renewal record.
• 2+ years in SDR or SDR management.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 mid-market and enterprise accounts, maximizing adoption, engagement, and retention.
