Nutanix is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor across customer operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders. You will develop deep, technical understanding of customer priorities and data center IT initiatives to accelerate value from Nutanix investments.

You will lead strategic operational reviews, health checks, and proactive lifecycle planning, including upgrades and capacity planning, while coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government customers.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, or networking.
• US citizen; residing in the continental US.
