Qualifications

• US citizen residing in the continental US.
• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or similar.
• Experience supporting large enterprise, strategic, or government customers with complex environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one technical domain such as virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, or networking.
• Broad understanding of data-center infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, DR, HA, security.
• Strong Nutanix platform expertise, including AOS and AHV.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep, technical understanding of customer priorities, data center architecture, and IT initiatives to act as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and executives.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and health checks linking Nutanix recommendations to business outcomes and risk reduction.
• Lead proactive lifecycle planning including software upgrades, capacity planning, resilience, and platform standardization.
• Identify systemic operational and architectural risks and establish cross-functional action plans to mitigate them.
• Lead or coordinate critical customer escalations with clear ownership and executive communication.
