Job summary

The Nutanix Technical Account Management team is seeking a seasoned TAM who will act as a technical advisor and customer advocate for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes deep virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, and networking expertise, with travel to support critical engagements.

You will lead health checks, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional escalations, partnering with Support, Services, Education, and Sales to maximize value from Nutanix solutions. Remote-first arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting large enterprise, strategic, or government customers.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, or networking.
• Knowledge of data-center infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, DR, HA, security.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of the customer's IT initiatives to advise operations and engineering.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and health checks to link Nutanix recommendations to outcomes.
• Lead proactive lifecycle planning including upgrades, capacity planning, resilience, and standardization.
• Identify systemic risks and coordinate cross-functional action plans to mitigate them.
• Lead or coordinate critical customer escalations with clear ownership and timely resolutions.
