Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support clients, spanning compute, storage, databases, AI/ML, and more.

You will craft cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and guide cloud implementations to operational excellence. The role requires strong technical and customer-facing skills, experience in 24x7 environments, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build AWS solutions.
• Travel 10% or more as needed and act as the voice of the customer to AWS product teams.
