Job summary

AWS Applied AI Solutions seeks a Sr. Technical Account Manager to act as the principal technical advisor for NAMER-US enterprise customers. You will guide adoption of AWS services, collaborating with engineering teams to optimize architectures across EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more.

With 6+ years in technical engineering and strong customer-facing skills, you will drive strategic discussions, risk management, and operational health. Travel of 10%+ is required as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/math or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
6+ years of technical engineering experience.
7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple tech domains.
Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
Experience with AWS services and cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic technical guidance and discussions with customers and AWS leadership.
Drive adoption and best practices for AWS services across customer environments.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
