NetApp, Inc. is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to blend technical expertise with customer success. You will guide customers, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted technical advisor to help realize NetApp value.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work with commuting distance to a designated NetApp office. You will engage in onboarding, health checks, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to support renewals and expansions while delivering strategic technical

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of B2B customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Sales Architect, or Technical Account Management.
• Technical proficiency in NetApp products or enterprise IT; storage domain knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic technical relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to address complex technical challenges and build trust.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance and customer success strategies to drive value.
• Develop technical success plans with customers and coordinate onboarding/adoption activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer personas as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct health checks, address technical challenges, and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Renewal Specialists and Field Sales on renewals and expansion.
