Semgrep is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive adoption for strategic customers and deliver executive reviews. You’ll partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure long-term value and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical customer-facing role (TAM/AM/PM)
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems including CI/CD environments
• Strategic thinker with strong customer empathy and ability to grow accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
• Familiarity with Web App Security concepts (OWASP Top 10)
• Background or interest in DevSecOps or AppSec
• Engineering or technical degree from a four year college or university

Responsibilities

• Host monthly check-ins with customers to understand their successes and challenges
• Speak with technical stakeholders within the customer base and Semgrep
• Create personalized success plans to grow value of the platform
• Partner with Sales to host executive business reviews
• Collaborate with Tech Support to resolve bugs and with Product on feature requests
• Advocate for customers on product roadmap items
• De-escalate urgent issues to reduce churn risk
• Evolve best practices for exceptional customer service
• Contribute to documentation to widen usage information
