Job summary

Anomali, a leading security threat intelligence company, seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead the US Customer Success team. You will own the customer adoption journey end-to-end, from onboarding through production use, pairing deep technical fluency with executive presence to build trust with CISOs and directors.

You will monitor usage, craft dashboards, advise on best practices, and drive ROI. Travel up to 25% is expected; remote work is available within the US, with Bay Area hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in technical customer success or related roles, preferably SaaS.
• Experience presenting to senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and driving adoption to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tech domains: SOAR, SIEM, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, security logs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Platform power user and help customers achieve success with Anomali technology.
• Own adoption lifecycle from onboarding to full production maturity; be the single accountable owner.
• Plan and lead QBRs/ERs with executives, translating usage into business value and security outcomes.
• Identify renewal/expansion signals from usage data and stakeholder relations.
• Provide guidance to ensure successful usage and adoption; address technical requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes and features.
