Job summary

Dragos is a remote-first company protecting critical infrastructure worldwide. The Senior Technical Account Manager will build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and resolve complex technical challenges for customers using the Dragos Platform in ICS/OT environments.

The role involves advising customers, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure successful deployments and ongoing platform usage. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience (SOC analyst or cybersecurity engineer).
• Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows (Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic).
• Familiarity with SecOps concepts (Event Triage, Incident Response, Investigation).
• Customer-first attitude; attentive to customer needs.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dragos Platform power user to help customers succeed with the technology for their ICS security efforts.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Address customers' technical requests and proactively resolve issues to prevent problems.
• Provide guidance and know-how to ensure ongoing usage and adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, field ops, tech support, engineering, product) to support customers.
