Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to build strong relationships with customers, driving platform adoption and resolving complex security challenges across critical ICS/OT environments.

You will partner with sales, field operations, and product teams to provide guidance and support deployments in a remote-first setting. Strong technical acumen and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise cybersecurity (SOC analyst or cybersecurity engineer).
• Knowledge of ICS/OT environments and related security controls.
• Familiarity with SOC/SIEM workflows (Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dragos Platform power user to help customers achieve success with technology for their ICS security efforts.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Address technical requests and proactively resolve issues to ensure ongoing usage and adoption.
