Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to build strong relationships with customers and drive successful deployments of the Dragos Platform. You will deliver technical guidance, content, and recommendations to optimize product adoption while collaborating with internal teams.

Based in a remote-first North America team, you will engage with customers, manage expectations, and address complex security challenges across ICS/OT environments. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise cybersecurity (SOC analyst or security engineer).
• Knowledge of ICS/OT systems and environments.
• Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows and cyber concepts.
• Customer-first attitude and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer’s go-to advisor and Platform power user.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Address technical requests and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to optimize usage.
• Manage expectations and advocate internally for the customer.
• Conduct health checks and promote self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with sales, support, engineering, and product teams.
• Track account metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify service opportunities and training needs.
• Travel up to 25%.
