Job summary

EDB is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the US. The TAM will build and maintain post-sales relationships with large, complex customers and serve as the primary technical contact across EDB’s product line. Travel up to 25% of the time is required.

Responsibilities include providing architecture guidance, troubleshooting, and documenting best practices while ensuring customers achieve successful outcomes with Postgres solutions.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL).
• Advanced technical skills in data management, OS, cloud, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationship with senior technical leadership.
• Maximize value of customers' Postgres investments and deploy Postgres strategies.
