Job summary

EDB is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for US-based customers. You will be the primary technical contact, guiding Postgres and AI solution deployments, troubleshooting, and architecture decisions at scale.

Build strong, strategic relationships with senior technical leadership, ensuring successful outcomes and references. You will lead technical engagements, document best practices, and collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with major relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server).
• Strong technical leadership and architecture guidance for Postgres initiatives.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics and AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain post-sales relationships with largest customers.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Postgres and AI workloads.
• Provide architecture guidance and project management for key initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
