Job summary

EDB is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for US. The TAM will build and maintain post-sales relationships with large, complex customers deploying Postgres and AI solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, identify solutions, guide architecture and troubleshoot issues, and serve as the primary technical contact across EDB's product lines. You will establish strong relationships with senior customer leadership, help maximize the value of PostgreSQL investments, and drive

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and major relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of data management, OS, cloud technologies, and architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics.
• Experience with Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with CxO-level personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationship with senior technical leadership.
• Maximize value of PostgreSQL investments for customers.
• Develop and deploy PostgreSQL strategies for key accounts.
• Provide technical leadership for major PostgreSQL initiatives and projects.
• Maintain current knowledge of EDB product line and provide feedback to product teams.
• Document best practices for deploying EDB solutions.
• Serve as frontline technical resource for customer questions.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
