Axon Enterprise is seeking a strategic leader to drive deployment excellence across Southeast US agencies. You will coach and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers and Mission Engineers, partner with sales and product, and ensure sustained adoption while maintaining CJIS compliance.

You will lead with strong executive communication, own outcomes across a portfolio, and guide teams through evolving priorities to deliver measurable agency impact.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for deployment health, adoption, technical stabilization, time-to-value, escalation trends, and solutions in day-to-day agency operations.
• Be a steady senior partner for command staff, agency IT, and Axon leaders when leadership at the table is needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to bring customer reality inside Axon and drive action.
• Share structured field insight with Product and Engineering on where work is stuck, adoption drivers, and possible platform improvements.
