Job summary

You will coach and develop a regional team of technical handlers, partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and ensure CJIS-compliant, high-value outcomes.
You will communicate with command staff and agency IT, translating complex tech into actionable management insights and driving consistency across portfolios.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
- Coaching and mentoring track record with measurable growth.
- Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, adopt, and stabilize solutions for agencies and drive time-to-value.
- Partner with command staff, agency IT, and Axon leaders in critical moments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success.
- Share field insights with Product and Engineering to improve platform usability.
