Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a field team of Technical Account Managers and Mission Engineers in deploying Axon technology across agencies. You will ensure adoption, technical health, and value realization while partnering with agency IT and command staff to drive outcomes.

You will coach a multidisciplinary team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to translate customer needs into actionable plans and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Coaching and mentoring track record with team growth.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Experience speaking with command staff and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for deployment health, adoption, technical stabilization, time-to-value, escalation trends, and day-to-day agency operations.
• Serve as senior partner for command staff, agency IT, and Axon leaders when leadership is needed at the table.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to align customer reality with Axon plans.
• Provide structured field insight to Product and Engineering on adoption drivers and platform improvements.
