Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Deployment & Technical Account Management to lead a field team delivering reliable deployment health, adoption and value realization for public safety agencies. You will coach a mix of Technical Account Managers and Mission Engineers, partner with sales, product and engineering, and ensure CJIS compliance while advancing Axon’s platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Proven coaching and mentoring record.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Experience owning outcomes across a portfolio and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
• Experience obtaining CJIS compliance and security judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes with deployment health, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Coach and develop the TAMs and Mission Engineers for technical excellence and executive presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to reflect customer reality at Axon.
• Share field insights with Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements.
