Okta, the World's Identity Company, seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager for Key Accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll be the trusted technical advisor on Auth0 CIAM and Okta Workforce Identity, guiding architecture, prototyping, and API integrations.

Build deep relationships with engineering leaders, influence customer strategy, and deliver live demos using Postman and Auth0 tooling. Some travel to SF HQ or Chicago during onboarding is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience; 3+ in TAM or similar roles.
• 3+ years in CIAM, API security, web/mobile authentication, or modern app development.
• Auth0, Okta certifications preferred; strong cloud and API skills.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, lasting relationships with customer engineers and technical decision-makers.
• Lead hands-on technical engagements for Auth0 CIAM and developer-first architectures.
• Design scalable B2B/B2C identity solutions aligned with security and business goals.
