Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Key Accounts to be a trusted advisor across Auth0 and Workforce Identity. You will build deep relationships with customer engineering leads, design scalable CIAM architectures, and drive successful deployments.

You\'ll prototype, test APIs with Postman, and deliver customer enablement while coordinating with engineering and Success teams. Travel to SF or Chicago during onboarding is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional experience or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 3+ years in Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar roles.
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, long‑lasting relationships with customer engineering leads and technical decision‑makers.
• Prototype and demo new identity architectures; test APIs using Postman; advise on Auth0 and Okta integrations.
• Enable customers through workshops, code samples, and architecture guides; collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
