Job summary

The World’s Identity Company™ is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for its Key Accounts team. You will be the primary technical advisor across Auth0 Customer Identity and developer-focused integrations, guiding strategic deployments for major clients.

Travel to the SF HQ or Chicago office is required during onboarding. You will drive PoCs, API integrations, and best-practice guidance while partnering with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Account Manager or senior technical advisor for identity platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex identity challenges and guide customer strategy.
• Hands-on experience with developer-first architectures, API integrations, and PoC demos.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with customer engineering leads and technical decision-makers.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Auth0 Customer Identity and related architectures.
• Collaborate with accounts to design scalable B2B/B2C identity solutions.
• Lead hands-on prototyping, API testing, and solution demonstrations.
