Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to oversee top-spend global accounts and translate complex business needs into multi-product operational strategies. You will collaborate with VPs, Executives, and C-level stakeholders, optimizing delivery frameworks and mentoring peers.

You will actively support the development of AI-driven tools and maintain a trusted advisor relationship, balancing customer needs with the internal roadmap to sustain partnerships and drive enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in TAC, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, secure cloud deployments, and multi-vendor identity integration.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to boost operational efficiency and reporting.
• Deep expertise in Identity Management, Access Management, and Federation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical strategies for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-spend, global accounts and advise on multi-product strategies.
• Lead delivery frameworks and set proactive engagement standards.
• Mentor peers and lead critical escalations with executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI-driven tool development and feedback loops.
• Drive cross-functional programs to improve efficiency and readiness.
• Represent Ping Identity at events and influence Engineering and Product teams.
