Job summary

Level AI in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a client account lead to manage key client relationships, onboard new customers, and coordinate across sales, product, and support to ensure successful deployments of our AI-powered customer support solutions.

You will translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities, and track satisfaction and usage metrics, working EST hours as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
2–3+ years in a hands-on technical role and delivering client implementations.
Strong background with SaaS platforms, APIs and cloud services.
Excellent project management and ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and ability to work in EST hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts and build strong relationships.
Onboard multiple clients and understand objectives to tailor AI-powered support solutions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and support to address client needs and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain understanding of our AI-powered solutions and communicate technical information.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Track key metrics such as satisfaction and usage to drive product improvements.
