Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Principal Technical Account Manager to act as an architectural visionary and strategic director for its most complex global accounts. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders to align business vision with technical governance and scale the delivery of global TAM capabilities.

You will define strategic KPIs, influence company-wide product strategy, and drive integration of predictive AI analytics into service delivery frameworks to maximize enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical account management, enterprise architecture, or consulting.
• Expert cybersecurity architectures, risk management, and secure enterprise design.
• Proven ability to operationalize AI tools, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
• Executive presence with C-suite trust in high-pressure settings.
• Ability to design and implement global service frameworks and KPIs.
