Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive and manage the post-sales process for Enterprise-level customers. You will articulate our security and compliance solutions to both business and technical users across accounts in the United States.

You will provide product and technical support, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to meet customer requirements. Travel within the sales territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory.
• Experience in security and compliance space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
• Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
• Provide functional and technical support to customers
• Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
• Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
• Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc
