Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager, ES - NAMER - US in Austin, TX to act as the principal technical advisor for AWS Enterprise Support customers.

You will lead strategic guidance, work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, and travel 10% or more as needed to engage with customers and executives. The role emphasizes proactive adoption of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, and more, while representing AWS in a customer environment and guiding risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS services and best practices.
• Proactively manage customer environments, drive adoption of AWS services, and discuss risk and trade-offs with senior leaders.
