Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Drive adoption and use of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.
• Represent AWS within a customer’s environment and discuss incidents with senior leadership regarding trade-offs, support and risk management.
• Occasion to travel 10% or more as needed.
