Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Chicago to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for enterprise-scale deployments. You will drive strategy with executives and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues.

You will proactively help customers adopt AWS services, ensuring operational health and resilience while traveling up to 10% or more as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to senior leadership.
• Work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and drive adoption of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
