You will serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding architecture decisions, incident management, and proactive optimization across compute, storage, databases, and security.

Occasional travel up to 10% may be required. You will advocate for customers, collaborate with engineering teams, and deliver hands-on guidance to help customers maximize AWS

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple cloud components (compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security).
• Bachelor's degree.
