Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and the 'voice of the customer' for organizations from startups to Fortune 500.

You will lead proactive strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFront, and more. You will collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, communicate with senior leadership, and advocate best practices to keep customers' AWS environments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, math or equivalent with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with AWS services and cloud offerings.
Strong written and verbal communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Advise customers to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
Proactively drive customer adoption and resilience of AWS environments.
Coordinate with engineers and service teams to resolve incidents and trade-offs.
