Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for WWPS Partners Public Sector in Arlington, VA to be the principal technical advisor for enterprise customers. You will drive adoption of AWS services, coordinate with engineering teams, and guide customers through incidents, trade-offs and risk management.

This role requires up to 10% travel and offers exposure to EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more, with a focus on security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive customers' adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS in a customer’s environment and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
