Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for WWPS Partners Public Sector. This role focuses on being the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding enterprise and startup customers across compute, storage, databases, and more.

You will travel 10% or more, collaborate with multiple teams to drive adoption and ensure operational health of AWS environments, and engage with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree

Aufgaben

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer's environment for troubleshooting customer support issues; you will work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution.
• You will craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices and keep customer AWS environments healthy.
