Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for organizations ranging from startups to Global 500 enterprises—advocating to AWS product teams.

As a Senior TAM you will craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services, guide discussions with senior leadership on operations, cloud maturity, and risk management, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations with distributed applications.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers' adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at the customer and drive discussions with senior leadership on operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
